Our Process
1. Intake Form
Complete our intake form in as little as 5 minutes.
2. Intake Call
Getting started is easy – complete our intake form in as little as 5 minutes, and our specialists will verify your benefits for you. One of our intake specialists will call you to better understand your family’s needs.
3. Authorization for Assessment
Obtaining authorization for the assessment typically takes up to 16 days.
4. Schedule Assessment
Our intake team will contact you to schedule an in-person assessment with a BCBA to address your areas of concern. Assessments are typically 1–2 hours.
5. Assessment Review
Meet with your BCBA to review the assessment results, discuss goals, and ensure services align with your family’s priorities before moving forward.
6. Authorization for Treatment
Authorization for treatment typically takes up to 16 days to obtain.
7. Receive Schedule
Once approved, you will receive your child’s therapy schedule and start date.
8. Start Services
Begin services with your dedicated clinical team.
